1. Because every girl wants a challenge.
-What i mean by #1 is that every girl wants to feel wanted or accepted in some way. But we don't like for it to be easy. For example with a sweet guy he's gonna treat you right, always be there, and do almost everything right. But the "ASSHOLE" will treat you like shit, he's hardly ever there when needed, and he will make you feel like he doesn't want you at all. And that drives a girl insane. The feeling of being un-wanted is almost unbearable to us girls. So we try so hard to get the guys attention and hope that one day he will come around. I don't know about most girls but for me it's kinda like a game. I'll like a guy until he likes me. [yea, weird i know] But its kinda like i enjoy the chase and when i get the prize it just gets boring and i wanna run after something new. So for all you sweet guys out there i'm NOT telling you to change, because there is nothing wrong with being the nice guy. All i am saying is toughen up a bit, PLAY HARD TO GET.
2. They are usually the more appealing or popular guy.
-What i mean by #2 is that the "ASSHOLES'' are usually the hot guys that are very well known. And if a guy is hot then almost every girl can look past personality. These boys are usually cocky and overly self centered. They know they look good and they can get a lot of girls so they feel they don't really have to have a sweet personality and the sad fact is THEY DONT. every girl wants a hot guy or Mr.popularity, no matter if there an asshole. Like i said before i can look past personality for a very long time.
